The Top Rope Belay course designed to teach beginners how to properly put on a harness, tie a follow thru figure eight and safely belay with a GriGri. This course opens up 20+ new walls for you to try at Grip It Caswell.
If you’re ready for a new challenge, then this course is for you! You will learn all the basic skills that will enable you to lead climb safely indoors. This course is a helpful tool if you plan to take our Gym To Crag clinic and eventually take your climbing outdoors!
Whether you are new to outdoor or are just looking to fine tune your skills, this is the class for you.
Jay will walk everyone though gear, skills and technique at our Petzl Anchor Cleaning Station to get you confident on real rock!
