Grippies Semi Competitive Team
Thinking about competing or just love the sport and want to improve. This youth team will focus on it all. A qualified coach will run you through strength drills, technique routines, and conditioning to get you in shape and meeting your goals.

Take your climbing to a new level and train with dedicated coaches for high performance climbing. Team will train three times a week for 3hrs per session. Competitions held locally, nationally and internationally.
